Dosage Guide
Simple, consistent daily dosing. Both Pure Path products use the same serving size.
Recommended Daily Dosage
1/8 teaspoon per day
This applies to both Fulvic Acid Powder and Humic Acid Powder.
Fulvic Acid Powder (AM)
- Serving size: 1/8 teaspoon (~600mg)
- When: Morning, on an empty stomach
- How: Mix into 8-12oz of water. Stir or shake until dissolved.
- Timing: Take 20 minutes before food for optimal absorption.
- Purpose: Nutrient transport and cellular delivery support.
Humic Acid Powder (PM)
- Serving size: 1/8 teaspoon (~600mg)
- When: Evening, 2+ hours after last meal
- How: Mix into 8-12oz of water. Stir or shake until dissolved.
- Timing: Take away from food, medications, and other supplements.
- Purpose: Heavy metal and toxin binding support.
Important Notes
- Start with 1/8 teaspoon and maintain this dose consistently.
- Do NOT take humic acid at the same time as medications — separate by 2+ hours.
- Both products dissolve easily in room-temperature or cold water.
